Project Manager

• Oversee the management of content within a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Analyze user needs to inform content and design decisions, driving product strategy and vision.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance employee engagement initiatives.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of internal platforms and campaigns.
• Create compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership, effectively communicating key insights and data.
• Support project management efforts by tracking deliverables and proactively identifying risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications, marketing, or content operations role.
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems and project management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience in project management, including managing timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of brand and content governance best practices.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with executive leadership.
