Position Title: Director of Product Development - Climate Risk Analysis

Business Unit: Retail Operations

Reports to: Chief Digital Officer

Position Overview:

This position will lead a founding product team in the development of a climate risk analytics tool to help companies measure and monitor physical climate-related risks. This role supports product management and strategic priorities of the Climate Risk JV, including customer discovery, product planning, product build, strategy, and go-to-market.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of target customers and how their needs translate into product requirements through market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis.

Design and implement data-driven experiments to validate product hypotheses, build prototypes, and iterate based on user feedback.

Partner with cross functional teams (engineering, design, and data science) to bring product vision to life.

Define product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals and market trends.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch and position the product effectively for customer value creation, resulting in revenue and profit.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
