Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is looking for a MOQ Specialist in the Plantation/Fort Lauderdale area.-

Responsibilities:
* Proactively analyzes Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) before production, leveraging demand forecasts and assortment plans
* Identifying and escalating challenges, analyzing root causes, and developing effective solutions for MOQ management
* Provide data-driven insights to Brand Teams to make informed decisions on SKU offerings
* Collaborate with the Demand and Inventory Planning teams to determine appropriate production volumes
* Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve MOQ issues
* Evaluate the impact of higher and lower MOQs on inventory levels and frequency of production runs
* Ensure key production dates are effectively communicated to the sales team
* Requires a strong ability to analyze data, evaluate potential errors, and ensure accuracy in MOQ calculations
* Ability to clearly communicate complex information, both verbally and in writing
* Special projects as required

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required
* 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, analytics, inventory control, or a similar role
* Microsoft Suite, Intermediate Excel skills required
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
* Experience in the CPG industry preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
