Description:
- Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with a System Integrator, primarily in support and custom development environments.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements within ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Develop and configure custom modules, dashboards, and reports.
- Work with business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Catalog, and Integration Hub preferred.
- Hands-on scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide API) required.
