Compensation
Pay Range:$51.45-$73.50/Hrs

Description
Potential contract to hire position.
Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsible for establishing and managing projects to deliver business outcomes.
Lead various types of projects using different methodologies.
Primary point of escalation for technology issues.
Drive technology execution and manage stakeholder relationships.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and communicate deliverables.

Manage project financials and stakeholder relationships.
Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.
Develop risk mitigation strategies.
Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and business partners.
Develop and manage project plans, and resolve issues.

Qualifications
Strong project management skills with 7 years of experience.
Agile Certification required.
Experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
Strong change management skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
