Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Lead with comprehensive expertise in

Accounts Payable (AP), Expenses (EXP), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), Accounts Receivable (AR),

and Fixed Assets (FA). As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead the implementation, configuration,

and ongoing optimization of Oracle Cloud Financials modules to align with our business needs.

Your role will encompass designing and executing financial processes, guiding project teams,

facilitating workshops, configuring system functionalities, executing data migrations,

and ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Financials modules including AP, EXP, GL, CM, AR, and FA.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and processes.

Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on Oracle Cloud Financials functionalities and best practices.

Configure system settings, workflows, and reports to optimize financial processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity and accuracy within Oracle Cloud Financials.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud Financials configurations, integrations, and functionalities.

Stay current with Oracle Cloud Financials updates, patches, and new features, and assess their potential impact on our systems and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and external consultants, to deliver integrated solutions that meet business objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of our financial operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

Extensive experience (10+ years) in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials modules, particularly AP, EXP, GL, CM, AR, and FA.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and best practices.

Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud Financials configuration, customization, and integration.

Proven track record of leading successful Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and enhancements.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
