Job Responsibilities and Qualifications for Service Management Automation X (SMAX) Administrator:

  • Administration expertise on the tool (SMAX)
  • Technical expertise on similar tools (HP Service Manager, Peregrine Service Center, Ivanti, Cherwell, or ServiceNow)
  • Process expertise (ITIL v3 or ITIL 4), especially in core processes: Incident, Change, Problem, Request
  • Experience with CI s, CMDB, logical CI s vs. physical CI s, etc
