- Prior experience running a database team from an infra service delivery standpoint
- Financial sector experience (preferred, not essential)
- Track all the work client has in this space working with partner teams
- Ask the right questions in incident calls to lead them to resolution
- Join a fast-paced team and come up to speed quickly
- Good understanding of migrating systems to cloud
- Hands-on tech knowledge preferred but not essential
- Tracking weekly objectives against targets
- Assist with creating executive reports
