Description:

  • Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy for Information Technology services in Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse management, Inventory Management, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors for onsite and remote delivery.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of service delivery, such as budgets, expenditures.
  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and based on Request for Proposals from various clients.
  • Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of sales staff and oversee their daily activities and provide advice on effective marketing and sourcing processes.
  • Implement industry standard processes and technologies utilizing AI, Data Mining techniques for team collaboration, effective outcomes and process streamline.
  • Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of IT services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to manage continuous supply chain and sourcing of resources as per the project needs.
  • Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings with technical and management team to prepare OKR model (Objectives Key Results)
  • Collect the data and prepare operational reporting on performance, on time delivery and revenue recognition.
  • Consult with Technical personnel to gain advice regarding the types of services expected to be in demand.
  • Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services related to Enterprise Resource Planning, Internet of Things (IOT), Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Support Strategic customer engagement, participate in client requirement meetings, plan on sourcing needs, attend status meetings and performance review meetings.
  • Advise business or other groups on local, national, or international factors affecting the buying or selling of IT services.

Minimum education necessary to perform the above responsibilities: This position requires a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, a closely related filed, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
