Job Title: Delivery Director AI Data Services
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Delivery Director AI Data Services to lead and oversee delivery of AI Data projects in the US for our clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high quality datasets for training and finetuning Artificial Intelligence while aligning delivery with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading AI data delivery teams, managing client relationships, enabling collaboration with other functions, and mentoring project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI data services engagements across multiple clients and industry verticals, with a focus on tech clients.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing delivery best practices, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project risks and issues, ensuring they are resolved swiftly and effectively.
  • Manage primary delivery team for AI Data services in the United States, comprising of project coordinators, project managers, program managers and individual contributors like annotators and prompt authors.
  • Foster client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunity identification.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in all delivery engagements.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability of delivery portfolios.
  • Champion continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in delivery management with at least 5 years in a delivery leadership role focused on AI data.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to engage client stakeholders.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience working with nearshore/offshore teams.

Location & Travel:

  • Based in San Antonio, TX.
  • Occasional travel to client sites and regional offices
