RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a CRM/CLM Product Owner in Hoboken, NJ.

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM/CLM Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Agile Delivery: Apply Agile principles to manage user stories and ensure alignment with business goals
* Requirements Gathering: Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and process models
* Backlog Ownership: Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog based on business value and user impact
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, legal, tech, and operations teams to drive product success
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure CRM/CLM systems meet regulatory standards like GDPR and GWC
* User Experience: Champion usability through wireframes, prototypes, and feedback loops
* Testing & Implementation: Lead UAT and coordinate with developers to deliver high-quality features
* Training & Documentation: Maintain clear documentation and support user training for adoption
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor usage, identify enhancements, and stay current with CRM/CLM trends

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in CRM/CLM environments
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
* Familiarity with compliance standards and data privacy regulations
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Technical acumen in CRM/CLM platforms and integration principles

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
