Job Details

Position: AI/ML Engineer

Contract: W2 Only

Responsibilities:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles
  • Demonstrated success developing and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms, as well as model lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, and Hugging Face
  • Proficiency in Python and key data science tools (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, etc.); experience with R is a plus
  • Proven experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance tuning
  • Experience implementing MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines for ML, and model monitoring using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Azure ML
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
  • Experience with data lake and data warehouse integration, working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master s or PhD preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams; familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, and DevOps workflows
  • Background in healthcare, finance, logistics, or other data-rich industries is highly desirable
  • Ability to translate business objectives into AI/ML strategies and deliver measurable results
  • Influential communicator who can align technical teams and business units on AI initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple research and production-ready models across different business domains simultaneously
