Job Description and Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience of building and operationalizing data processing systems
- Data analysis and Profiling
- 3+ years of HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) experience is a must.
- Ability to perform data mapping exercise for clinical data from the source system to FHIR data model.
- Understand healthcare data, including clinical data in both proprietary and industry-standard formats (HL7)
- Able to map and implement data standards such as SNOMED CT, RXNorm, LOINC, UCUM, ICD, CPT, CVX, etc
- Understand the dirtiness of clinical data and seek out ways to improve conformance and quality.
- Solicit, clarify business level requirements and analyze data requirements.
- Good SQL experience is required for data analysis
- Deep understanding of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and EHR standards.
- Design and ongoing monitoring of performance and quality reports for FHIR Products.
- 2+ years experience working with data platforms (Data warehouse, Data Lake, ODS)
- Must have working experience with the clinical data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Cloud Platform (google cloud platform) experience
- 3+ years of experience working on healthcare / clinical data
- Data analysis / Data mapping skills
