Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors

Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies

Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and patience

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
