- Previous experience providing this service for government a plus, and experience with DWD's environments will be especially valuable

Onsite or Remote? Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. No relocation allowed. This position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI).
Project details: This is a Computer Platform Service Batch Operations technician role that is responsible for monitoring, scheduling and troubleshooting various IT schedules and jobs in Control M mainframe and enterprise environments, providing a high degree of customer support for applications supported mainly by DWD, DCF and DHS.
