Job Summary:
Join our client's dynamic team as a Supply Operations Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and managing top-tier experiences. Your mission is to enhance our client's platform by partnering with exceptional tour operators and businesses, ensuring a diverse and unforgettable supply of experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the acquisition and management of high-quality experiences in your designated region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a robust supply marketplace.
Identify and source unique experiences that align with the city's culture and identity.
Support the team in acquiring and optimizing experiences, ensuring seamless onboarding and growth.
Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders, driving creative problem-solving.
Maintain accurate data tracking and report on performance trends with a solution-oriented approach.

Skills Required:
6+ years in content/supply acquisition, partnerships, or sales-related roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of travel, entertainment, and hospitality trends in your region.
Strong ability to identify cultural trends and assess quality.
Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce and organizational tools like Airtable.
Proven track record of delivering results and meeting business targets.
