We have partnered with our client in their search for an HR AI Engineer



Position Overview


Our client is transforming HR from a traditional shared services model into a product-driven organization. The "products" will be AI-powered HR Agents that automate HR processes end-to-end.


As an HRIS Automation Engineer, you will design and implement intelligent automation solutions that integrate HR systems with AI agents, enabling seamless workflows across HR operations. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and impact.



Key Responsibilities



  • Build AI-driven HR automation solutions using LLM-based agents, RPA, and integration platforms.

  • Integrate HRIS and enterprise systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, Concur, Coupa) with AI agents.

  • Develop secure, scalable workflows using orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Temporal, Google Workflows).

  • Ensure compliance, auditability, and data privacy in all automation processes.



Must-Have Qualifications



  • HR domain experience: Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.

  • AI technology exposure: Experience with AI agents or LLM frameworks.

  • Automation expertise: RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop) and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato).

  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration and identity management (Okta, Azure AD).
