Airtable Technical Manager / Senior Technologist
Job Description
Client is seeking a seasoned technologist with strong Airtable expertise to streamline, upgrade, and manage Airtable-based products. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience, strong architectural skills, and the ability to operate independently in a complex enterprise environment.
Important: This is a strictly in-person position. The selected candidate must be able to work on-site 5 days a week from Day 1, with no exceptions.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3 5+ years of hands-on experience with Airtable, including base design, automations, and integrations.
- Strong proficiency in writing custom Airtable scripts using JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and data management principles.
- Experience with integration tools and platforms.
- Ability to design and architect end-to-end workflows.
- Proven capability to build custom, scalable, and robust data-processing workflows.
- Expertise in data integrity automation, including advanced data cleansing techniques and fuzzy logic.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in multi-vendor, multi-cultural, and distributed teams within complex organizations while delivering results independently.
Role Expectations
- This is an individual contributor role from Day 1.
- Requires the ability to work independently without handholding.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex enterprise environment.
