SAP PP/QM

Cincinnati, OH- Onsite

10 years of strong experience in SAP PP

Minimum 4-6 years functional experience in production planning, and Quality control, including Order management, material & capacity planning, Shop floor management, shift planning, feedback system, rework & scrap management, product costing, WIP, sub-contracting.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and Document Customer Requirements

Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

Design, Customize, Configure and Testing of PP. Identify Gaps, issues and work around solutions. Document Functional Designs, Test Cases and Results Proactively identify and propose Business Process and/or System Enhancements

Configuration Production Planning viz. Process management of introduction and changes to materials, BOMs and Routings, Master Recipes, Back Flushing, MRP, Demand Management and Shop Floor Process

Flexible Planning, Sales and Operations planning, Rough-Cut Capacity planning, Material requirement planning, scheduling, manufacturing execution, Long term planning and should be able to understand the concepts of simulation and day to day planning process.

Responsible for the system requirement study, Solution Design, System Configuration, System Testing, Data Conversion, Documentation, System Integration.

Work self-directed and independently with good handling of integration points with FI, CO, MM,SD, QM, PM modules and experience in Data uploading tools like LSMW( even if they have understanding) and data migration tool - LTMC and LTMOM. MUST HAVE CROSS MODULAR INTEGRATION EXP.

Experience in S4 HANA, QM Variant configuration will be an added advantage

Candidate should have good understanding and experience in different phases of the Software Development Life Cycle in relation to ERP implementation with involvement in at least 3-4 full cycle implementations in the area of PP / QM.

Candidate should have very good experience on MRP, ECM, VC and basic QM process.

SAP Certification in PP module is an advantage.

Good communications skills in English and as a player in a global team environment.
