Detailed Job Description:
- These define what the candidate will actively work on: Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Understand partner workflows, processes, and pain points Prioritize business requirements aligned to partner capabilities and selling motions AI-Driven Product Development:
- Lead AI integration efforts to enhance partner platform experiences Apply AI to automate and personalize digital-human transactions Change Management:
- Support CRM and system changes with a focus on business and partner impact Plan and execute change initiatives with stakeholders Product Vision & Roadmap:
- Define and communicate product roadmap and strategy with internal customers and technical teams Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Drive alignment across Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering Collaborate on data mapping, transformation, and interdependent solutions Backlog & Release Management:
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog (defects, enhancements, features) Manage release planning and align it with business priorities UAT & Quality:
- Lead User Acceptance Testing Collaborate with QE teams to define acceptance criteria
