Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in .NET technologies, Blazor, Oracle, and Agile/DevOps practices. The developer will work across multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficacy of assigned components, modernize legacy systems, and design scalable solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, and modern Microsoft technologies.

  • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a SCRUM/Agile environment.

  • Analyze, enhance, and optimize complex reports built with Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases.

  • Develop scalable, high-performance financial system solutions with seamless Oracle database integration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including DevOps) to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.

  • Provide innovative solutions to modernize legacy projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development with demonstrated leadership in SDLC processes.

  • Microsoft Technologies & Database Systems

    • Proficient in .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, C#, Visual Studio.

    • Strong expertise in Oracle databases, including PL/SQL development, stored procedure optimization, and performance tuning.

  • Agile & DevOps Practices

    • Experienced in SCRUM/Agile methodologies.

    • Skilled in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

  • Version Control & Data Engineering

    • Proficient in Bitbucket for version control.

    • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.

  • Problem Solving & Collaboration

    • Proven ability to troubleshoot system-level issues in complex environments.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.

    • Demonstrated ability to address technical and architectural challenges effectively.
