Job Title: IT Business Consultant
Location: Alameda, CA (Onsite)
Job Summary
Seeking an IT Business Consultant to partner with business teams, manage programs, and support technology initiatives across CRM, call center, and integration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between business and IT; manage stakeholder expectations.
- Lead program activities: risks, issues, governance, and communication.
- Understand capabilities of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Support projects involving call center tools (Five9, Genesys).
- Work with teams on integration/ETL initiatives (TIBCO, Informatica, ESL).
- Translate business needs into technical requirements (no hands-on coding needed).
Requirements
- 7+ years in IT consulting, BRM, or technical program management roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of at least two: Salesforce Service Cloud, call center systems, ETL/integration tools.
- Ability to work onsite in Alameda, CA.
