Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Role Overview: The UX/UI Designer will support a multi-year internal business transformation initiative, designing intuitive, modern user experiences for internal-facing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate brings strong design system experience, advanced Figma skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across applications
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
Design intuitive user journeys and workflows for complex, internal-facing systems
Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design solutions
Ensure designs align with established visual standards while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic
Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs
Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly to cross-functional teams
Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices and apply them proactively
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–6 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications
Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems
3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, nested components, and shared libraries
Strong experience building wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Experience working in Agile environments and fast-paced delivery teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
