Job Summary:

“Estuate is looking for a full-time senior Techno Functional expert in Oracle EBS and Fusion Applications, focusing on the Hi-Tech industry.

As an IT Technical Account Manager, you will act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for understanding their technical needs, providing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.

<>Key Responsibilities:</>

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal teams.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
    • Understand customer needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  1. Technical Support and Solutions:
    • Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
  1. Project Management:
    • Manage and oversee customer projects from inception to completion.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  1. Account Management:
    • Develop strategic account plans to drive customer success and business growth.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
    • Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to address any issues.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
    • Prepare regular reports on account status, project progress, and customer feedback.
    • Communicate customer insights to internal teams to inform product development and improvements.
  1. Training and Development:
    • Provide training and technical support to customers on product usage and best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to offer relevant advice and solutions.

<>Required Qualifications:</>

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, IT Support Engineer, or Technical Business development role.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and Enterprise applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and support projects.

<>Preferred Qualifications:</>

  • Experience with Enterprise Applications, Cloud technologies, DevOps tools and processes.
  • Certification in ITIL and/or PMP.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within the Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services and Manufacturing industry segments.
