We need Someone who can obtain/Clearable(Confidential, Secret,Top Secret Clearance)
Role: Day-to-day leader of individual MDoDS projects under the Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage scope, schedule and resources for specific modernization, sustainment or life-cycle support projects.
- Coordinate tasks across developers, testers, security and operations teams; prepare monthly status reports and update project management plans.
- Conduct risk analyses, manage transitions, maintain quality management processes, and ensure accurate financial forecasting and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security, data management and interoperability requirements; support training and help-desk services as new capabilities are fielded.
Required Skills: Project management (PMP or equivalent), experience with DoD IT systems, understanding of MDoDS functional areas, excellent coordination and communication abilities, and familiarity with Agile or incremental development practices.
