we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Server-side/Web Services development, enhancing and maintaining enterprise-class applications on the J2EE application development platform -8 years
- Hands-on experience participating in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) -8 years
- Hands-on development experience implementing applications utilizing any J2EE Application Server, Authentication and Authorization, Caching strategies. -8 years
- Hands-on programming experience using Java, J2EE, REST/SOAP, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, Angular, Typescript, Spring, JSON, XML, JWT, NPM, Maven, OpenAPI v3, OAuth, Postman, ReadyAPI, Mulesoft and/or similar technologies. -8 years
- Experience implementing REST services supporting client-facing applications- Experience implementing REST services security using JWT, OAuth, and other related technologies / standards- 8 years
- Experience in development of self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components - Demonstrable experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining an enterprise-level web services including complete ownership of the services stack.- 8 years
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding and experience of fundamental programming concepts of data structures, algorithms, performance, caching and scalability issues in the context of Web based UI applications.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in computer science, computer information systems, engineering, or management information systems is required.
Desirable Skills:
- Hands-on experience with JBoss or IBM WebSphere Application Server 8 or later -3 Years
- Hands-on experience with Agile Development Methodologies (preferably Scrum) -3 Years
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD methodologies and containerized application deployments- 3 years
- Hands-on experience with web applications developed for Cloud platforms -3 years
- Experience in Test-driven development and test creation using frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, Selenium -3 years
