Role: Quorum Test Coordinator / Lead Location: Toronto or Houston, Remote flexibility
Type: Fulltime 
Duration: 12 18 months

Role Overview
Quorum Test Lead to coordinate and manage testing activities for the USUI project. The role involves developing test strategies, managing test execution, ensuring defect resolution, and working closely with functional and technical teams to deliver a quality solution.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Define test strategy, plan, and scope for Quorum modules within USUI.
  • Coordinate test cycles including system integration, UAT, and regression.
  • Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases.
  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and integration partners.
  • Provide test progress reporting and metrics to leadership.
  • Support cutover rehearsal and go-live validation testing.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of QA/test management experience in energy/utility projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Quorum applications (e.g., TIPS, Measurement, Accounting, Pipeline).
  • Strong knowledge of test management tools (ALM, Jira, qTest).
  • Proven ability to manage test cycles in complex, integrated landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multi-vendor teams.
 
Education & Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • ISTQB or equivalent test management certification.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Oracle CC&B integration points.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Tosca).
  • Prior Enbridge or large energy company experience.
