Location: Partial On-Site Morrisville, North Carolina
Duration: 12+ month renewable contract
Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.
Pay Rate Range: W2 $30-37/hr

Job Description:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to help the organization make informed business decisions. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights, developing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with data tools and visualization techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Business Support: Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations.
Process Improvement: Identify data-related process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
