We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Network Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing robust, scalable, and secure cloud networking solutions across a complex, global organization. Your expertise in AWS networking services, combined with deep networking knowledge, will drive the evolution of our cloud-first strategy and ensure high performance and resiliency across our cloud and hybrid environments.

What You'll Do:
  • Play a key role in the design, deployment, and management of local and AWS cloud networking infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across multiple regions and accounts globally.
  • Deploy and manage VPCs, Transit Gateways, Direct Connect, and other AWS-native networking solutions tailored for a global, hybrid cloud architecture.
  • Take full ownership of both cloud and on-premises networking components, including routing, switching, firewalling, and network performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless network integration and operational excellence across cloud environments.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize existing network configurations to enhance performance, reduce latency, and ensure resilience across global workloads.
  • Integrate SDN and SD-WAN technologies with AWS infrastructure to support dynamic and distributed enterprise operations.
  • Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans, with a particular focus on cloud-based network failover strategies.
  • Contribute to a 24/7 global on-call rotation to address and resolve high-priority networking incidents and outages.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architectures, change controls, and configurations to support audit readiness and compliance initiatives.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a minimum of 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise networking infrastructures, with a strong focus on cloud-native networking within AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) technologies
  • Deep understanding of core networking protocols and architectures including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, BGP, OSPF, and experience troubleshooting distributed systems in a global context.
  • Strong working knowledge of network hardware and operating systems such as Cisco IOS/XE and Juniper JunOS.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a multi-site global LAN/WAN infrastructure, with an emphasis on resiliency, automation, and security.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a high-paced enterprise environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality service in a customer-centric and collaborative team environment.
