Job Overview:

Our client is actively seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst to support and drive key initiatives focused on Returns Management Authorization (RMA) processes within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP SD, hands-on experience configuring returns and reverse logistics processes, and a strong understanding of EDI integration using IDocs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Proven hands-on experience in implementing and configuring returns and reverse logistics scenarios.
  • Expertise in EDI configuration and IDoc management (X12, EDIFACT standards).
  • Experience working with SAP CPI or other middleware tools for EDI-IDoc mappings.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-functional integration between SD, MM, FI, and external systems.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, complex global rollouts.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Background in manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industries where reverse logistics and returns are complex
  • Prior experience in global rollout or template design projects
