Job Details
Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Workstation Technician to provide hands-on technical support for desktop hardware, software, and end-user systems. This role focuses on configuring, installing, and maintaining workstations in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd-level desktop support (deskside and remote) for internal users.
- Configure, install, and maintain desktop software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Respond to incident and service request tickets via ServiceNow.
- Support asset management, security compliance, and Citrix/RDP access.
- Document configurations and assist with troubleshooting and testing.
- Occasionally transport equipment (up to 70 lbs)
Required Skills and Tools:
- 2+ years of technical operations support
- A+ Certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, IBM BigFix, Trellix, Cisco AnyConnect
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
