Lead the implementation and rollout of Teamcenter PLM for hard goods product teams, ensuring successful adoption and business alignment.
Partner with key stakeholders and executive leadership to maintain transparency and alignment on project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Plan, manage, and monitor the project schedule and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Conduct and facilitate workshops for project discovery, requirements gathering, planning, and execution.
Identify, document, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, with appropriate escalation and mitigation planning.
Maintain project governance documentation, including action logs, issue registers, and RACI matrices.
Prepare and distribute weekly status reports highlighting progress, risks, and upcoming activities.
Initiate and manage project change requests to maintain control over scope and deliverables.
Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review sessions.
Support resource forecasting activities to ensure adequate staffing and balanced workload distribution.
Oversee project closure activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed, lessons learned are documented, and project handover is executed smoothly.
Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 6 years of recent experience managing large-scale enterprise projects within a PMO environment.
Foundational understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and principles.
Proven track record managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies; experience with SAFe is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Ability to work onsite at the Austin, TX headquarters (Southwest Parkway) Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.

Hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM implementations.
Basic familiarity with ERP systems or other applications integrated with PLM environments.
Experience within the Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, Prince2, or Six Sigma (any level).
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills for workshops and alignment sessions.
Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and project reporting.
Skilled in maintaining project governance tools, including RACI matrices and action trackers.
Effective communicator capable of producing clear, concise, and informative reports.
Demonstrated ability to lead Agile Scrum activities and foster collaborative delivery.
Competence in forecasting resources and managing project closure processes to ensure successful project outcomes.
