Team Responsibilities
Project Staffing & Reporting: Manage resource plans for the company's largest projects, ensuring proper staffing and providing comprehensive reporting. Provide data analysis on an individual project and aggregated level
Process Ownership: Lead the end-to-end resource management process, continuously improving capabilities and efficiencies across the enterprise.
Soft Skills: Effective Communicator: Lead discussions with project managers, people managers, and shared teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Detail-Oriented: Deliver highly accurate data and reporting-especially critical for executive-level stakeholders.
Process Improvement Leadership: Lead initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of our enterprise-wide resource management, including requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
