  • Demonstrate knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect, Personalization Builder, Social Studio, Interaction Studio, Journey Builder, and Advertising Studio.
  • Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
  • Experience using Journey Builder with thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration
  • Working knowledge of AMP script and Guide Template Language. Working knowledge of Front-end development building CloudPages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMP script.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and databases
  • Fundamental understanding of database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL).
MCP:
  • Lead project implementations of Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Navigate the Marketing Cloud Personalization interface, add user roles, create user accounts, and create and manage SFTP user accounts.
