Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a CRM Lead to join our client to drive enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics CE initiatives and lead critical technology projects. This contract role is remote with occasional onsite requirements in the Harrisburg, PA area. The CRM Lead will architect solutions, oversee development teams, and ensure seamless delivery of CRM, portal, and web applications that support business operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with leadership skills to guide innovation and align systems with organizational strategy.

Work Schedule:
Standard hours, Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities of the CRM Lead:
Architect and implement Microsoft CE and related technologies to align with business needs and future strategy.
Lead, mentor, and manage development teams, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
Oversee integrations with ERP, middleware, payment gateways, and other enterprise platforms to create a seamless ecosystem.
Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to leadership, contributing to decision-making and project success.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills for the CRM Lead:
At least 10 years of experience implementing Microsoft CE applications, with proven expertise in large-scale deployments.
Extensive technical background in .NET, JavaScript, Python, React, SSIS, and Reporting Services for CRM development.
5+ years as a certified Microsoft FastTrack Solution Architect for business applications.
Experience delivering projects leveraging Azure AI services, machine learning, and AI-enhanced CRM solutions.
Proficiency in designing integrations with ERP, financial, and omnichannel contact center systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide diverse teams.
Bachelor s degree in business, information systems, or a related field; advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure AI are highly valued.
