Job Title: Operations Specialist
Location: Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking an Operations Specialist to support manual processes and data entry efforts tied to our SaaS business within the Salesforce CRM. This role is vital to ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency across product, pricing, and content systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales support experience in a customer-facing role and 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and submit SKU setup requests with product marketing.
- Track and follow up on SKU creation progress.
- Set up and manage pricing, promotional codes, and discount schedules in Salesforce.
- Execute test orders to verify data accuracy and end-to-end functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to SKU setup and data discrepancies.
- Update and maintain product content in the Contentful CMS.
- Respond to store-related support requests and operational tasks.
