Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include performing data mapping and gap analysis for system enhancements and supporting integration and testing of backend data sources.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $60.00 per hour

Developer job responsibilities include:
- Elicit, document, and validate functional and system requirements from business stakeholders across healthcare domains such as claims, billing, and enrollment.
- Design and maintain process flows, data mappings, and system interface specifications to support enterprise integration.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system enhancements, migrations, and regulatory compliance changes.
- Perform source-to-target data mapping and support backend data integration using SQL and data querying techniques.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and test plans.
- Support UAT, defect triaging, and deployment readiness for large-scale system releases.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, data integration, or application development within healthcare operations.
- Proven experience in eliciting and documenting functional/system requirements across healthcare domains such as claims, billing, and enrollment.
- Strong skills in SQL and data mapping, with the ability to support backend data integration and perform gap analysis for system enhancements.
