Job Details

Title: Junior Network Cisco Engineer

Location: Mid-Atlantic Region, Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
* This role involves configuring and managing network infrastructure across multiple distributed sites.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable and secure network connectivity across locations.
* You will work hands-on with hardware and network systems, applying your technical knowledge in routing, switching, and network protocols.
* Strong communication skills are essential, as you ll interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills:
* Experience configuring and managing network hardware in multi-site environments
* Proficiency with command-line tools and a solid understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP)
* Familiarity with general network monitoring tools
* Recognized network certification (e.g., Associate-level)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with a wide range of users and leadership

Desired Skills:
* Exposure to modern wireless networking technologies
* Familiarity with alternative networking vendors and software-defined wide-area networks
* Understanding of network security appliances

Compensation:
Pay Range: $80000K-$95000K
