Title: Workday Consultant (US Payroll)

Education for this position: Deep Workday Experience with a focus and certifications in US Payroll.
Job Description:
- Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday in the US Payroll domain, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives.
- Independently leading your workstream and reporting workstream(s) progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand payroll processes.
- Analyse and evaluate existing payroll systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Configure and customize the Workday payroll software to align with business requirements.
- Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct system testing, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions or enhancements.
- Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, investigating root causes and implementing preventive measures.
- Stay updated with Workday payroll functionality, new releases, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday payroll with other modules, such as HR, finance, and time tracking.
Must-Have skills for the role: Workday US payroll, should be certified by Workday.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Workday US benefits, Absence, Time tracking are nice to have.
- Years of experience needed: should have experience with at least 5 E2E US payroll workday implementations.
