Job Details
Requirements:
-
5 or more years of experience supporting PeopleSoft iHub, HCM, SCM, CRM, and ELMS.
-
Proficiency in applying patches and maintaining PeopleSoft environments.
-
Experience with Integration Broker (IB), SSO, and Web Profiles configuration.
-
Experience with PeopleSoft architecture and environment management.
-
Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and environment cloning.
-
Experience with monitoring system health and optimizing application performance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-
Provide functional and technical support across all PeopleSoft modules.

Apply, manage, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft patches and updates across environments.

Configure and maintain Integration Broker, SSO, and Web Profiles.

Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.

Monitor system health and optimize PeopleSoft application performance.

Document processes, configurations, and system customizations.

Assist in environment cloning, upgrades, and migration activities.
