Job Description/ Responsibilities Microsoft Purview DLP

User Alert Setup:

Configure alerts for DLP policy violations triggered by Copilot interactions specifically prompt violations, PII alerts

Block response for violations and PII data leakage

Access to Requests and Responses:

Enable visibility into user prompts and Copilot-generated responses for audit and compliance.

Provide access to the nightly batch program for accessing the requests and responses

AI Usage Metrics:

Capture and report metrics related to Copilot usage across the organization.

Alert Metrics for Responsible AI:

Monitor alerts related to ethical and responsible AI usage.

Audit Log and Activity Explorer:

Enable audit trails for Copilot-related activities to support investigations and compliance reviews.

Access to Uploaded Documents:

Monitor and control documents uploaded by users during Copilot interactions and provide access to batch program

User Reactions (Thumbs Up/Down):

Track user feedback on Copilot responses to assess quality and relevance.

High-Level Documentation:

Provide documentation detailing the DLP policies implemented, including exceptions and monitoring guidelines.

Sanity Testing:

Validate DLP policy enforcement across Copilot interactions.

Confirm visibility and accuracy of alerts, audit logs, and metrics.
