Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for all Salesforce-related initiatives.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Lead and support the implementation of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, enhancements, and customizations.

  • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and process walkthroughs with stakeholders to define CRM solutions.

  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and user interfaces.

  • Create and maintain documentation including business processes, system configuration, and training materials.

  • Conduct user training and support post-implementation activities.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices and SAIA standards.

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and other consultants for integration and data migration efforts.

  • Provide expertise on Salesforce capabilities and limitations to optimize platform usage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.

  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud must be able to demonstrate implementations.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.

  • Excellent understanding of CRM business processes including Lead Management, Case Management, Opportunity Lifecycle, and Customer Support.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience working in the transportation/logistics industry or with similar enterprise-level organizations.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Flow Builder, and AppExchange tools.

  • Understanding of integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or middleware platforms.

Work Environment:

  • This is a 100% onsite role based in Atlanta, GA
