My name is Priyanshu Kumar and I am a Sr. Technical Recruiter in United Software Group Inc., an Ohio based fast growing multi-national IT & Engineering Consulting Company, serving its Clients from last 20 years having staff strength of 2500 in 17 offices globally, operating across 8 countries in North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe.

Location- San Diego, CA(Hybrid)- NEED LOCAL

In these roles you will be responsible for:
Manage each project's scope and timeline
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master
Experience working with 3+ teams simultaneously
Great knowledge and demonstrated expertise in applying Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and scaled Agile practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a highly collaborative fashion
Experience in all facets of the software development life cycle (requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, release cycle, support)
Experience running the Scrum ceremonies
Experience working with Product Owners
Expertise with running story workshops that create product backlogs and story maps
Expertise in sprint and program increment planning that produce consistent metrics and frequent delivery of working product
Expertise implementing Agile estimation techniques
Expertise in guiding the team towards self-organization
Expertise in removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to aid in doing so
Skilled at fostering a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, where there is an emphasis on problem solving
Multi-disciplined individual with familiarity in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures related to modern web development, content management systems, mobile application development, user experience, and responsive design
Previous experience leading Information Technology programs and projects
Self-starter, initiative, leadership, excellent judgment, excellent problem solving, excellent communication, and human relations skills
The ability to facilitate cross-functional teams across the IT organization and related business groups
Proficient in Office 365 applications (MS Project, Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or similar applications
Preferred:
Ceritification(s) in SAFe,
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP or PMI-ACP) or equivalent (recommended)
Minimum of 2 years' experience working on teams developing large, complex products solutions
