PETADATA is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Lead with strong expertise in HCM to manage support and enhancement projects. The role involves resolving production issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring seamless integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll (US), Absence Management, ORC, OTL & Benefits.

Configure enhancements and validate in SIT/UAT.

Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HDL.

Create reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.

Manage security profiles and approval workflows (BPM/AOR).

Ensure SLA compliance and maintain documentation.

Legacy Expertise: Oracle EBS R12/11i (HCM, Finance, SCM)

Certifications: Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Specialist, Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud Specialist
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science/electronics or related field
