Job Duties:
Lead end-to-end primary research projects from survey design to reporting
Analyze customer behavior, call drivers, and engagement trends to improve experiences
Create clear, compelling presentations and reports for business leaders
Manage multiple research projects across departments and timelines
Support the continuous evolution of internal research platforms and tools
Job Requirements:
3 5 years of experience in market research (client-side or vendor)
Experience with Qualtrics and SPSS
Experience working in a research organization
Experience with qualitative research (i.e.- involved with focused groups)
Experience with quantitative research- (i.e.. surveys, analyze data etc.)
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and presenting outcomes via graphs
Bachelor s in Marketing, Market Research, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master s a plus)
