Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and configure SAP Cloud ALM landscapes, including roles, authorizations, and transport (cTMS/CTS) setup.
- Lead change and release management processes, including governance frameworks and migration from Solution Manager (CHARM).
- Set up and maintain Job & Automation Monitoring across SAP environments, including alerting and analytics.
- Configure system and business-process monitoring, establish root-cause dashboards, and implement alert mechanisms.
- Integrate Cloud ALM with SAP BTP, S/4HANA, BW, and external services/APIs, ensuring seamless operations.
- Implement intelligent event handling and exception workflows to automate alert and incident management.
- Design dashboards and reports for SLA tracking, release status, system health, and core ALM metrics.
- Should be able to coach and guide the customer on cloud ALM design.
- Should be able to play the role of advisory in this space.
- Able to liaise between customer and SAP for an alignment between both the parties.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Technology or similar.
- 12+ years' experience with SAP ERP products and 3+ years of experience in SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience in at least one implementation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills both within the business and IT communities.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, desire to interact with, and help end users."
