Role: Program Manager

Work location: San Jose, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AIML programs including planning execution and stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate with engineering data science product and design teams to define program goals and success metrics
• Manage dependencies risks and resources using AIenhanced project management tools
• Drive adoption of AI technologies across business units through pilot programs training and change management
• Ensure compliance with responsible AI practices data privacy and ethical standards
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy
• Track program health using KPIs and dashboards report progress to leadership
• Facilitate workshops and evangelize AI literacy across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management
• Proven experience managing AIML or GenAI projects
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum or scaled Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in a technical or business field
• Certifications such as PMP CSM or SAFe
• Experience with AI experimentation platforms or prompt engineering
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and MLOps practices

Background in digital transformation or enterprise AI deployments
