Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute global media enablement processes to support digital media governance and technology operations.
- Document and track system requirements, use cases, and feedback from business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Manage account setup, access requests, and deactivation processes for digital media platforms, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to evaluate and implement digital and paid media tools, gathering user feedback and preparing materials for system updates.
- Monitor vendor communications and product updates to identify potential improvements or risks related to media technologies.
- Conduct research on digital and paid media trends to support team recommendations and improve operational efficiency.
