Job Description:
  • The Journey Design and Orchestration Specialist is responsible for designing and optimizing customer journeys using Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO).
  • The role involves integrating various communication channels, building personalized experiences, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and build customer journeys based on customer data and behavior.
  • Define entry points, decision points, and exit points in customer journeys.
  • Configure journey rules, conditions, and actions to trigger relevant experiences.
  • Integrate with various communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and web push.
  • Configure channel-specific settings and message templates.
  • Implement personalization and dynamic content within messages.
  • Test and validate customer journeys to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze journey performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize journeys based on insights and data-driven decisions.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Proficiency in designing customer journey maps to visualize and plan touchpoints and interactions across the customer lifecycle.
  • In-depth understanding of Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO), including creating, managing, and optimizing customer journeys.
  • Knowledge of data modeling to support personalized and targeted customer interactions.
  • Understanding of working with APIs and SDKs to connect AJO with external data sources or systems.
  • Familiarity with personalization techniques to tailor customer journeys based on user behavior and preferences.
  • Ability to use analytics to measure and analyze the effectiveness of orchestrated journeys for continuous improvement.
Should Have:
  • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and content/template/fragment development.
  • Basic UX design skills to create engaging and user-friendly customer interfaces.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including AEP and ACV8.
