Job Responsibilities: -Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate integration failures, identify root causes, and implement resolution steps efficiently to minimize business disruption. Own and manage support tickets end-to-end. -Operational Continuity: Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related issues during the backfill period. Ensure integration schedules, data flows, and file deliveries occur without delays. -New/Change Requests: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement new integrations, enhancements and updates within existing integrations. -Stakeholder Engagement: Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support seamless data integration and compliance. -Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain technical and functional documentation, including integration specs, configuration logs, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge continuity and future transitions. -Compliance & Data Security: Ensure integrations adhere to organizational operational & security standards, audit requirements, and privacy regulations. -Release Management: Support regression testing and validation of integrations during Workday's semi-annual updates and system patches. |
